Dolphin House is a new company designed and built to respond to gaps in the traditional accommodation provision. We are aware of the wideining gap between the mainstream accommodation provision for young people with complex needs and the need for simultaneously holistic, unique, bespoke and targeted provision to meet specific needs.

We emphasise a relationship-based approach when supporting young people because unless the young person is ready and willing to change, little progress can be made. Young people are complex. The complexity mostly comes from myriad experiences in the young persons past. It is essential to build a trusting relationship with each young person before trying to change the young person.
